You pay n8n directly. Most clients are on their Starter plan at $20/month. That cost never goes through us. You own the account completely.
Most builds are live within one to two weeks after setup is complete and the flows are approved.
Access to your n8n account as an editor, and credentials or access for any third-party tools the automations will connect to (your CRM, email platform, calendar, etc.). We'll walk you through each step.
That's exactly what the monthly strategy call is for. Every month we look at where your business is now and what makes sense to automate next. Adding new flows is straightforward — $500 setup plus $200 added to your monthly retainer.
